From News Correspondent to Medical Correspondent for ITN since 2000, Sue covers major medical and health issues worldwide – delivering numerous exclusives for ITV and keeping the channel ahead on agenda-setting issues such as childhood obesity and hospital infections.
Highlights of her work have seen an award-wining campaign on MRSA and the presenter of the live interactive global conference on SARS.
A high-achieving journalist with wide experience across both commercial and public sector broadcasting, Sue was Chief Correspondent for GMTV News (out of Reuters) where major coups included a live spontaneous interview with Nelson Mandela and exclusive access to film from HMY Britannia departing at midnight after the handover of Hong Kong.
Sue also covered the aftermath of the Rwandan Civil War, writing in depth on that moment for The Times.


An experienced tutor for Media Training, Sue has trained Royal Navy Officers at levels up to Admiral and the First Sea Lord –as well as top executives in the world of business.

As conference chair Sue has hosted events such as NHS LIVE at Excel and The Lord Mayor’s Appeal Dinner 2008
